"As a District Manager for a quick service restaurant chain, leadership development is an integral part of employee retention. After struggling for a few months, I decided to have a leadership luncheon for my management team. Lisa Copeland was the natural choice as a guest speaker. We had a quick meeting where we discussed my needs and expectations. She was prompt on the day of the luncheon and was able to work with our not so up-to-date technology. The focus of the luncheon was leadership, which is a very broad topic. She was able to prepare a presentation that drove home some of the parts of leadership that are most important.
